Voir tous les avisAs a woman who is solidly in her mid 40s, I was quite nervous about a total body HIIT class at Flight. Fortunately, Ally was the instructor and she’s really warm, genuine and encouraging. Even though the class was pretty much at capacity, she took the time to encourage every single student - she’s so awesome!!! ♥️. The class was tough but there are ways to modify. Ally’s playlist was super fun - mashups of Bon Jovi, Coldplay - really helped me get through the stair portion of class. Everyone should try Ally’s class!!!

Voir tous les avisLOVED this class and the instructor was so fun. One thing to note just about the facility. It’s all basically one room with no formal locker room or lockers. They have cubbies for you to put your stuff in and they’re visual throughout the practice so I didn’t feel sketched out about it.

Voir tous les avisThis was SUCH A FUN CLASS! It was 80s themed and the instructor was so high energy. It was definitely challenging and the heat felt great on such a frigid day. However, they do pack these classes to the brim, to the point where it’s hard to do some poses and I definitely wouldn’t do any inversions because of how many people there are and limited space.

Voir tous les avisThis was my first time trying a sculpt class at Corepower. When I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and informative. Angela is a great instructor who is very supportive. She always provided options based on comfort level but still empowered people to challenge themselves. Although I knew it was heated coming in, the room definitely got hotter than I expected. You definitely get a good sweat in - so make sure to bring water and come hydrated!

Voir tous les avisThere is no 9:00 Saturday class anymore. For some reason, the gym has not been able to get ClassPass to remove it. That being said, the staff was very friendly and accommodating when I arrived. I stuck around and got a good workout in with one of the regulars. Not the experience I was expecting, but a good experience none the less.

Voir tous les avisIt was my first experience and unlike the worry I had after reading some reviews, the staff was welcoming (though we indeed have to wear the gripping socks, I bought two at the desk) and the instructor was inclusive too. As a person who regularly work out, this one was not much challenging but there's still some rooms to adjust the intensity on my end (eg dumbell). Loved it!
