The class was on week 8 of their 10 week challenge so I was on the tale end, but felt at ease going with my own pace. When we first walked in we were very intimidated as we both haven’t worked out in 6-9months but Jesse and other members were very welcoming. Before doing the exercises, Jesse would teach the class how to do them and alternative options as well which I really liked as I am super out of shape. We look forward to future classes with him!
