Voir tous les avislola was a great instructor with clear instructions and fun energy. we used 3 lb weights, ankle weights & a yoga block. you can rent your mat & towel from atelier sculpt for $5. there is plenty of free 2 hour parking nearby in lots or on the street. cubbies for your stuff downstairs near the reformers, and the hot pilates room is upstairs. restroom available as well. great workout, i will be back!

This is my second time on SolidCore, the first time I didn’t like it because of the instructor and I thought this wasn’t for me however after this class and the amazing instructor that Molly is, it just convinced me that I love these classes! She gave a lot of cues, super clear instructions she even repeats them multiple times, she shows the examples, and even adjusts your springs or form when necessary! She’s amazing I just want to come to her classes now

Voir tous les avisIt was a very good class but mainly because of the instructor! It was honestly quite challenging and really engaged more of the core (not necessarily abs) than I thought. The instructor was very encouraging and was clear about the different levels/variations one could do if they weren’t particularly adept yet.
