After the session ended I spoke to Kanan and received next steps. I left feeling more relaxed and my muscles less tight. One thing that needs to be improved is having someone at the front desk to greet customers. When I arrived there was no one there and I waited a good minute before anyone recognized that I was standing there waiting to be checked in.
