    Best instructor I’ve had at Solidcore! She speaks clearly and focuses on each muscle group at a time so you aren’t racing to change springs or your position a bunch. I’m hard of hearing and have to wear ear plugs in the class to protect what hearing I have left, if I could take a quieter class here, I would be ecstatic. (My Apple Watch consistently tells me the volume of the classroom is at a damaging level).

    This is a really good dynamic, challenging Pilates class for more experienced students. Faster paced than open level and really killer core workout - the trapeze series is so good and so killer every time. You get to move and use the reformer in ways that challenge body and mind. However there is usually at least one person in class who is inexperienced and that holds the class up. If you are a beginner, this is not the class for you. I suggest reading the description of the class before booking to ensure you are signing up for the appropriate class.

I strategically placed myself next to someone who has taken +100 classes and I’m glad I did because without a visual guide it can be hard to follow just the verbal cues from the instructor. He was upbeat, well aware of everyone’s movements, always walking around correcting us to make sure we were well positioned (which I appreciated bc I wasn’t doing it right 🫢). He kept saying everybody’s names which I think was a great idea: it kept everybody very engaged and letting them know he was having an eye on them. Encouraging everyone.
