Voir tous les avisAs a beginner, I found this class easy to follow because the instructor gave very clear instructions and demonstrated every pose. It was a little more challenging than the gentle yoga classes I’ve taken before, but in a good way. I also liked that she included stretches throughout the class, which felt great for my back. The hold time for each pose was just right, not too short and not too long. I especially appreciated her positive energy and teaching style it made me feel comfortable throughout the class.

It was a continuous flow, with minimal to no water (didn’t find it that bothersome bc the room is nonheated), and the teachers gave clear instructions and corrections when needed. The space of the studio was very relaxing and had a good energy throughout it. I noticed that the floors were clean, and the room where we practiced in was large and had lots of room.

Voir tous les avisVery nice instructor!! She went slow enough that if you’re new you don’t get lost but kept the class going where u kept in rhythm! I had questions and the instructor took the time to answer them at the end of the class which was also awesome, overall if you want a place that takes their time and care about their guest this is your spot !
