She’s calm, welcoming and down to earth, and has such a soothing voice that it’s very easy to drift into complete relaxation and get the most out of the class. It’s a brilliantly timed class, getting you chilled and ready for bed after a couple of days of (the stresses of) the working week. Morag also weaves in snippets of wisdom and beautiful nature analogies - it’s an absolute joy to be part of her class.

I fell asleep and the rhythm and tone of the singing bowls for the sound bath was perfect; deep and continuous and allowed for me to fall asleep! One very, very minor thing: I would have loved the instructor to tell us a bit more detailed in advance whether the exercise would include larger or smaller muscle groups, or both, sometimes it was a bit difficult to coordinate which weights to choose because some parts of the exercise where too light and some too heavy. But again, really just a minor suggestion.
