There’s flexibility to adjust to any fitness level so it’s always a challenge, but most importantly Matt and all of the instructors actually walk around and correct you which is SO RARE in a group fitness class. I’m still working out here at 36 weeks pregnant because of the modifications that they provide for me!

They also give you free spin shoes and a towel to use during class. I really liked the instructor; she had great energy and made sure the class was challenging. But what I really loved the most were the other classmates! All really friendly, making small conversation and just making sure I was comfortable as a newbie. I’m definitely going back!

This was my first session it was hard for me to keep up. But I just tried to keep cycling till the end. The bike seat was messing up my groove because it was extremely hard that’s the only thing I didn’t like. But I will be joining this class again.
