Voir tous les avisHad so much fun learning Lyra with Nicole! She was super friendly and very helpful. There are only two rings, so you do have to share. Honestly I don’t mind it, because learning the different tricks takes a lot of energy. So having a break in between doesn’t sound like a bad idea. Can’t wait to take more classes!

Voir tous les avisThis is the best class I have tried on classpass. The class is perfect for beginners. The instructor walks you through each pole exercise step by step. Additionally, she walls around and provides common sense solutions for portions of the exercise that are confusing. I highly recommend this class.
