Overall lovely class, my only comment would be to bring your own mat because the mats they have are quite thin & slippery.

He’s motivating and he always pushes you to the next level while making sure you’re doing the correct Movement with the correct form. I give him a 12 out of 10 . Always go back

Voir tous les avisOMG!!! This is definitely a different kind of studio, and I was skeptical at first, but… wow. It was absolutely amazing! The energy is incredible! Amanda and Moriah were both FABULOUS. I loved everything—the attention to detail, the welcoming vibes, the beautiful murals, and the feeling of practicing yoga with purpose. The studio is spacious, and even has showers if you need to head somewhere afterward. I’m so glad I decided to give this place a try. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you ladies!!!!

Voir tous les avisI have taken a class at Elevate Yoga before but Jennifer far surpassed that class! The class is challenging along with fun. Jennifer pushes you to work on your core, upper body strength and inversion. I highly recommend this class to everyone.

The studio owner is also incredibly warm and friendly. The studio is beautifully decorated, very clean and has mats, props and blankets for use. I can’t wait to come back!

Not only her, but the other people taking her class were extremely helpful and welcoming. It’s so clear that Nancy has built a strong, positive community here, and that is so special and rare! The studio was clean, homey, and zen. I felt my stress of the day immediately wash away when I arrived. The class itself was incredible! It was the first time I’ve done a yoga class that was influenced by martial arts, it was so unique and empowering! Nancy was great about explaining the flow and correcting my form, which I really appreciated! I highly recommend this studio!!! You can tell it’s truly a one-of-a-kind place, thoughtfully built for community. Loved it!!!

Voir tous les avisLoved this class with Gillian she was so sweet and explained every movement. She allowed us to move at our own pace and flow. But also allowed us to challenge ourselves. I’m definitely coming back love how hot it was but it wasn’t like I’ll pass out hot haha. The perfect heat to get a great sweat on. Thank you Gillian for sharing this practice with me and being so welcoming and inviting 💕 20/10 recommend !
