Everyone is so nice and the couches really truly care to guide you and make you feel relaxed. I’m moving away but I recommend everyone to come here to try it once even for those who don’t love yoga, visit yoga Vite you’ll find a love for it here.

I take a fair amount of yin and LOVE how she incorporated a block position that IMO added to the myofascial relief with more pressure. It really got into my lats which I needed. Her cuing was easy to follow even with yoga brain. If anything I do wish I could have heard the music a little more, but that’s a personal preference and I happened to be further away from the speaker. Thank you Erica!
