There was a lot of us in class so it was difficult to get feedback immediately but teach answers all the questions as much as she can.

Her instructions were easy to follow. She also gave a good massage which I appreciated. We were only 2 students in the class so she was able to stretch our bodies and correct our forms more. Will definitely book her next class!

Voir tous les avisSuper fun class! Coach was funny and really supportive, which honestly made the whole studio vibe feel so welcoming. The girls in class were super friendly too, so it never felt intimidating or pressured at all. As someone with absolutely zero dance background, it was surprisingly rewarding to get through it and actually enjoy myself 💃😭 Only warning: the post-class DOMS is REAL. Your muscles will file a formal complaint the next day. I’d definitely recommend scheduling a rest day before booking another class after this one 😂
