Really upbeat vibes. Pretty small class. Expect a whole body workout - arms, legs, core. I get other people’s comments that it’s pretty weird to have a cafe right beside the studio, but for the 8am class, it isn’t an issue as the cafe isn’t open yet

Super loved Coach Gian’s class! this is my first class at ClassPass and it was so worth it 💗 He adjusted the training to my skill level kasi it was my first experience kaya manageable pa rin. everyone was so friendly as well! would def go back again!! Thank you!

The community was super welcoming and the class was fun. Coaches were helpful as well. Might help if you have some form of fitness background but i think theyre willing to adjust and meet your fitness needs whatever level it is at. Would definitely comeback!
