You have to have strong core and flexible if you want this to be perfect but i just want to try and glad i did. It was fun. Hope i can do this on my wedding? Lol thank you teacher!!

Teacher Mariton has a very strong aura with clear instructing voice. Very good for beginner yogi's. She also do hands-on adjustment & ended the class with a very relaxing soothing lotion & savasana massage. Will definitely attend her class again♥️
