I had classmates who were not that flexible which made me feel better as a newbie. Joed was so helpful and friendly! We did drills and tried poses towards the end of class. I am definitely booking again!

However, either icancel ko yung reservation or hindi, I believe na machacharge parin ako for penalty. It would be better if someone can check if we can still book this gym at classpass to avoid confusion

All coaches were amazing and nice. I highly recommend this sports gym for all levels. Place is tidy enough, might get a bit cramped during night time since its kinda small. Bathrooms are a so-so, air conditioner isnt working but on going maintenance. I didn’t mind since i like the heat durinh my workouts, but the studio’s ac is working fine.

She greeted me with a smile, offered me coffee or water, and I opted for water cos it was scorching hot outside, and being in traffic made me feel dehydrated 😅 so I was grateful for that little touch.
