It’s my first time trying a Pound class and I had so much fun (plus, it’s a great full body workout)!! Coach Deus was really friendly and kept the energy high throughout the session. I also appreciated how he smiles at everyone, it really helped keep the positive energy going :)) I’ll definitely book more classes with them!

Power Stretch
This is my go-to Power Stretch class, and it really lives up to its name! You’ll definitely get a good stretch here. Teacher Jenny is so encouraging and hands-on throughout the class. She really takes the time to go around and assist each student, so you know you’re doing the stretches properly. Honestly, you start getting nervous when you see her coming your way😆 but it’s always worth it because her guidance really helps you improve your stretches. Definitely one of my favorite classes! Lalabas kang may abs charr😂😂

Power Stretch

The routine was stylish and perfectly aligned with the song’s bold message. Sobrang sexyyy at the same time hindi ka pipilitin ni coach Jeimme if ur conservative. Nakakaenjoy since new routine siya for hiphop 🔥 plusss the students/dancers were cheering for each other 😝 will book again!

Tried Armony X Greenhills a couple of months ago because I was looking for a gym conveniently located near my daughter’s school and I’m so glad I found this place! 😊 The gym is definitely smaller compared to bigger gyms like Fitness First or Anytime Fitness, but honestly, what it lacks in space, it more than makes up for with the equipment. SO MANY machines available! I rarely have to wait for the equipment I want to use, which makes my workouts so much easier and more enjoyable. They also have so much more than just the usual gym setup. There’s an indoor court, boxing ring, and a dedicated space upstairs for Pilates (yes, they have reformer machines!) and yoga. It’s pretty impressive how much they’re able to fit into the space. 24-7 rin sila and they have a branch in BGC and Cainta. I’ve always been a little conscious and intimidated about going to the gym, but there’s just something about the atmosphere here that made me feel comfortable. I started going back again and again, and eventually, my husband loved it too and signed up na rin! 😂 Definitely one of those gyms that feels less intimidating and more welcoming. If you’re looking for a well-equipped gym around Greenhills, definitely worth checking out! 💪🏻✨

First time trying this class and I enjoyed it. The coach was hands-on, patient, and took the time to teach me the movements properly. The gym is also spacious and clean. Just an advice, please don’t be too hard-selling. One of the coaches, although friendly, asked a lot of personal questions right away—where I live, where I work, what I do for work, etc. I already mentioned that I live near the area, but they still drilled down to specific barangay, which felt a bit too personal. It’s ok to get to know clients, but I think it’s better to keep the conversation focused on health, fitness, or training goals.

Review Our experience at Slimmers World Megamall was a bit mixed. When we arrived, the front desk greeted us warmly and gave us a bracelet for visiting, which was a nice touch. After that, we were escorted by a sales representative who immediately started trying to close a membership with us. After the sales discussion, we decided to try the equipment ourselves. Unfortunately, since we were using a ClassPass membership, there was no staff assistance or guidance during our workout. We ended up doing all of our sets on our own. Overall, the facility and equipment were okay, but I think the experience would have been much better if ClassPass visitors were also given some basic assistance or orientation, especially for first-time visitors.

The staff were still very welcoming and helpful. One coach even came over when I accidentally hit the emergency stop on the treadmill and had no idea what to do. 😂 Really appreciated how approachable and accommodating everyone was. Overall, we had a great time and felt comfortable! Definitely looking forward to coming back. 💪🏻💕

Tried Slimmers World Bacoor through ClassPass. Overall, it was okay and had the usual commercial gym vibe and crowd. The equipment felt a bit outdated for my preference, but everything I needed was there and it still gets the job done. My bigger issue was the space — some areas felt pretty tight, especially when there were more people around. If you’re someone who gets claustrophobic, you might not enjoy the layout. I’ve been with Anytime Fitness for around 8–9 years, so I guess I’m a bit spoiled when it comes to gym setup and equipment. 😅 Compared to AF, I’d say the bigger franchise gyms like AF are a lot better overall, at least based on my preference. Still, it’s a decent place to get a workout in, especially if you’re using ClassPass.
