Voir tous les avisGreat classes. The movements are adaptable to different fitness levels, and the structure keeps each session flowing while still challenging you. Doriam is very knowledgeable and creative in how the movements are designed. Even when a session focuses on specific muscle groups, you still end up working your major muscle groups while keeping your heart rate elevated. I already work out regularly and run, but I had been stuck at a plateau. Over the last 4-5 months, these classes and such variety helped me break through it. They strengthened my weaker areas, improved my overall strength & balance, and helped reduce injuries. I also noticed my VO2 max increase by about 1 to 2 points, positive improvement in cardiovascular fitness. I would recommend these classes to anyone, from beginners to active people looking to push past a plateau.💪🤸♂️🤸♀️
