    This class was great. It is not a classic yoga experience, but I don't know enough about yoga to know how much yoga it is. It actually felt more like physical therapy, in a good way, challenging for both brain and body. I think it would be accessible for all levels of fitness, and useful for pretty much anybody.

    This class was so fun and went by fast! It really challenged me. I’ve been going to the gym for years, but cardio isn’t my strong suit so I was nervous about that so if you’re in the same boat take what you need from the class, go at your pace and modify as needed.
