    I was intimidated walking in because I’d never done a F45 workout before. This was a really great experience. The coaches were very welcoming and explained how everything worked. There were modifications for every exercise and when I didn’t have the right posture, they came over and corrected me in a supportive and not invasive way! My biggest tip would be to get there early (10-15 min) so you can meet the coach and check out the space. Highly recommend F45!

    Absolutely amazing. If you want an experience where the coach really pays attention to you, this is for you. I took the Intensity class. A great combination of cardio and strength training. lots of full body movements to work on mobility as well.
