She is warm, offers excellent instruction, and provides so many helpful and nonjudgmental modifications. Amazing class! Fantastic way to start the day!

I’ve been going to the gym for years, but cardio isn’t my strong suit so I was nervous about that so if you’re in the same boat take what you need from the class, go at your pace and modify as needed. Don’t let your self limiting beliefs keep you from taking this amazing class!!! Amy was great, she briefed the newbies (it was my first time) on what to expect before the class started. Def will go again!

Voir tous les avisI love this studio and the instructors, but this particular workout “Stage 7” was a hot mess. People were very confused on the format (regardless of how many times the instructors explained it). This was only made worse by the fact that there were too many people in class. I think Stage 7 should be retired into the land of misfit workouts never to be seen again.

The teacher was amazing and walked you through every part so you understood exactly what you needed to do and how to modify if you needed to. Will definitely be adding this class into my routine.

Voir tous les avisThis was my first visit here coming from a background of doing yoga twice a week but not doing weight lifting. I’d recommend coming 10 minutes early so you can grab a mat and stretch before the workout. Today had 3 stations, each comprising of 3-5 exercises each that you repeat for several rounds. Ashley was incredibly patient, and explained each move for me 1:1, and stresses proper form which was super helpful. I would definitely recommend and would say be patient with yourself, and don’t give up!

She was super friendly and helpful. Good amount of equipment and everything I used appeared to be in great condition. Also nice that we can use the HIIT area for open gym when classes aren’t in session. Looking forward to coming back again!

Welcoming, gives off a “community” feel. I found parking, on the street in the neighborhood- give yourself a few minutes to walk a block or so just incase.

The class was “Pound” and I decided to give it a try, it was a lot of fun and I appreciate them letting me join. Only rating 4 stars due to the scheduling issue but I am thankful there was another class I could try instead.
