Voir tous les avisI’m blanking on the instructors name, she wears glasses and is super peppy, but she was amazing!! I really enjoyed the supersets and her thorough explanations to avoid injuries. As someone with a herniated disc it makes getting a good workout in so much easier. Thank you!

Depending on the time of day you can get an intimate experience or a larger class size. I'm always challenged physically during class and always feel a nice burn after every class. Chris is very good at helping you get a good form down. Whether you're a beginner, in the middle or at top physical strength this place makes it easy to find your rhythm. 👍🏿Would recommend, also I never have problems with finding parking so that's always a plus. 😃
