The class was very chill, just what I needed. Great vibe. What a unique spot, it’s like someone turned their house into an entire yoga and wellness property. Clean facilities, helpful staff, and it was so fun to be able to do the cold plunge, sauna AND red light! Don’t walk, RUN to this gem! 💎

Voir tous les avisChris was interactive with her students and welcomed dialogue about how our bodies felt, making sure she went around the room checking on us. The use of little hard balls to relieve tension, through self-administered massage, in our muscles was particularly very beneficial as she had us use them on our shoulders, gluts, hamstrings and knees. I will make sure I will return to her Gentle Yoga class.

Really good instruction at the beginning, explaining the exercises for each station in the circuit, and it felt pretty fast paced as we moved through, doing enough reps to feel fatigued but not so many that you get bored. Jamie keeps an eye on each person and gives specific suggestions for improving form or adjusting weight. The music and instructor are fun and upbeat, and for the 7am class, she even provides cold brew coffee which was a nice surprise. My shoulders and arms are sore today, and I feel like I got more strength building out of this than other group training classes. FYI: the strength class is shoes on, and no mat needed.
