Sort of unorganized check in, no one was upfront and I didn’t get much of an intro to the flow of the workout/where to go at the beginning. The nuts they offer after the session are also a nice touch- my only advice would be to offer an alternative for those allergic (I love them but my friend couldn’t have them). Love this place!

I did a cryofacial, celluma LED face therapy, and full body red light therapy. The cryofacial felt incredible, immediately after I felt less puffy. I have an active breakout and feel like the combo of treatments have had immediate effects as the inflammation is down already. Would recommend this place and hope to try other treatments.
