I love Desi’s classes! She always brings the energy and her classes always leave me drenched in sweat (in a good way!). I know I can count on her to keep things fun and still push us to do our best. I highly recommend!

Power Vinyasa Flow with MG Brills

This was one of the most holistic and enjoyable classes I’ve taken in quite some time. Very strong work in muscular engagement as well as alignment and pranayama. MG is clearly very grounded in his personal practice and style of teaching. Highly recommend for anyone, but specifically people who have been practicing for years that are looking for a refreshing perspective.

Especially love the music today!! Very fun house with some 80s remixed. Love the tempo and pace very challenging with a right amount of breaks. Love that she uses a mic and also makes it easy for us to follow her as she elevates herself. Love taking classes Alyssa!!

    Yin Yoga

This was such a lovely class. The pace and delivery of instruction was so spot on for a class type that offers a deeper experience, both in posture and breath. I felt well equipped to set up each pose in a way that worked for my body while also being given ample time and space to have a deep experience. I’ll definitely be back! Also appreciate having a yin option on a Saturday evening!

    Vinyasa Yoga: Happy Hour

This is great for folks who like slightly gentler yoga. It’s very salutary (healthful) for the body and connective tissue. It’s not the class for someone who wants a sweaty calorie burning experience.

If you haven’t, try this class. It’s slow but hard and you can just feel it strengthening and stretching. Carl is a super talented instructor, you can tell he’s in tune with how the movements should feel and articulates it extremely well so it’s easy to follow along and feel the benefits.

I appreciated how Reza constantly checked in with us students and offered modifications as well as adjusting our poses for optimal feedback from the pose. He does tend to talk a lot so I got a little lost in some of his instructions.

    Pilates Mat

I don’t like reformers but it’s hard to find a good mat plates class—this is what I’ve been looking for! It was gentle but effective. Felt the burn but didn’t necessarily sweat lol. Only thing is it was bit unclear when to inhale vs exhale, and when we are alternating left/right vs just doing one side.

    Anti Gravity Yoga

I had an unusually small class according to Armando and I got to go slower because of it. I am grateful as I probably would have been intimidated out of doing most of it. Anti-gravity yoga is no joke, it requires a lot of core strength -- which I do not have much of, but it was still really fun. I was able to mostly keep up with about 4 months of mostly yin yoga experience ALL WHILE NOT TOUCHING THE FLOOR. The class is really great for releasing tension in the hips and back, I cracked a bunch both while doing the poses and after. When you do return to the floor, your body feels so different. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for an entirely unique yoga experience all while pushing your practice to new heights (pun intended).

    Wellness Wednesdays

Amazing Heart-Opening Yoga Experience! I went to a two-hour Slow Flow yoga session focused on the Anahata chakra, and it was incredible! The space is beautiful and instantly calming. Afterward, we did a sauna and Cold Plunge combo — such a perfect way to end. Met some really great people, and even the founder, who was super welcoming. Honestly, if you’re looking for a place that combines good vibes, community, and a bit of a wellness boost, this spot is a must-try!
