I greatly appreciated this instructor as she allowed space for modifications if needed. We don’t all have the same fitness needs, experiences, and goals. Pushing to go FULL ON AGRO THOR BEAST mode is not always appropriate for everyone. This class at the Marina location was an amazing start to the new year.

She genuinely wants to see you succeed and offers plenty of modifications to suit your needs. If there wasn’t enough space to walk around me, walking pass the front of the machine would have been a great option. It would have been polite to simply acknowledge the bump at the moment or even after class.

Despite being a rope class, we got to try a cool backflip trip on the silks as well. I wish we didn't need to spend nearly half the class time on warmup and stretches, but I understand that it's for our safety. Definitely a class I'd recommend for others
