CARDIO SCULPT Full Body
see all reviewsGreat class! Loved the time spent on lower body, just wish we did more upper body; so much time on abs and obliques, I feel like some of that time could be allocated to arms/upper body. But the instructor was great; she demonstrated the movements and gave ample time to get prepared for the next exercise while telling and showing you what was coming next.

see all reviewsI love a jiva class. This one was a little less challenging than they can be, and I think that’s a great sign of how knowledgeable Amanda is as a teacher. 30% of the class was brand new to yoga, and she made the class available to them with great cues and demos as well as helping folks like me who have done yoga for a while do handstand at the wall.

see all reviewsDiana was the best instructor I’ve taken here! She explains each move and what the next step is really well, so you are able to follow along. The only note I’d have for Mighty Pilates (not Diana), is that it was a bit distracting to have two classes at once. It was harder to hear Diana when another instructor was also teaching at the same time.
