She goes at a great pace and is super encouraging. She also takes the time to introduce herself to the dancers even if you aren’t taking her class!

Voir tous les avisI really enjoyed instructor Izumi's flow, but the fact that the yoga studio is directly under the turf football field was a little loud and distracting. Overall, an energizing morning flow to start the week off right- and for 2 ClassPass credits you can't beat it.
