I very rarely do cardio workouts so this was tough for me keep up but doesn’t feel intimidating at all and no pressure to do the right moves throughout the class. I forgot how spin class can get you a little bruised up from the seat but definitely was a great cardio exercise with full body moves. I loved Emily’s motivation and the brunette girl up front helped me get settled in and out so quickly to make sure I was comfortable being a first timer at Cycle Bar!
