Barre 45 at ATD is a great workout that will get your heart rate up while also focus on form to keep your body healthy. She’s very good at explaining her improvisation prompts and gently encourages the class to grow by layering additional cues and challenges. I love that she participates in the movement too at times - it’s inspiring to watch what she creates and it helps build a sense of a community of dancers of all levels.
