Challenging and intense (in a great way) is my current outlook. Jillian has great energy and knows how to inspire. Voir tous les avisThe instructor is really nice and gentle. She pays attention to all my positions so that I could do correctly. I do feel a lot of stretch and relax on my arms, back side especially lower back. Highly recommend! Will definitely come again!

Voir tous les avisGene is great! I really liked this class. I wouldn’t say it’s a typical yoga class; there was more of a meditation focus while holding stretches for a longer period of time. All of the stretches felt great and were easily accessible, with solid modifications. She does this class mostly during the winter but I’d love if she could keep it going even once or twice a month during the summer!

Voir tous les avisMeant for absolute pilates beginners - if you don’t know how to use the machine at all. While it’s a beginner friendly class, it’s a solid workout. Instructor was great - would take her class again. Had good awareness of everyone in the class and provided correction and assistance when needed. Note that a lot of time is spent on explanations during this class so would not recommend if you have any Pilates experience.

Voir tous les avisBeautiful yoga space. Great pace and verbal cues are tailored towards those who have practiced. It may be a bit challenging to those new to yoga, but not impossible as the room appeared to be filled with regulars. I’m totally going back next week for Samantha’s class!!

You definitely need to have a good memorization of the forms and exercises that the instructor shows you in the beginning of each set or you’ll be lost, but other than that I’m sure taking a few more classes at solidcore would help my understanding and knowledge of the movements so I don’t have to feel sort of lost. Overall a great experience and would take again soon.

She frequently referenced modifications and advancements which made the entire workout accessible for all levels. It was challenging and humbling - I feel the burn already! Voir tous les avisThis studio is worthy of its name - it gave me an overwhelming sense of serenity as soon as I walked in. Felt like a sweet little escape from reality. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE this heated mat pilates format. Katelynn did an amazing job of navigating us through all the moves and correcting our forms throughout the class. The workout went from sweet to spicy quickly! Be ready to sweat. I left the studio feeling so grounded, energized, and good about myself!
