Voir tous les avisLove going to this gym!! The classes and instructors are so great. I have so much fun every time. I practiced Muy Thai for a few months so I got to learn the basics for kick boxing. I would recommend seeing a coach 1 on 1 or going to some sort of slower paced class to learn the basics before going to a class like this. Once you have the basis down, you’ll be golden and LOVE it!
