Voir tous les avisClass was great! The room was not hot..The last 3 classes I barely sweat, even under the heaters. Fans are left on versus used to give a break. Went back to my old studio and realized how big of a difference it is in temp. We left drenched. I thought power flow would make it better but I think the room is just too mild.

I like having the structure of the flow but also having the modifications if I need or want them. Highly recommend.

She explained the equipment and gave great instructions for all the movements. It is a very clean, friendly studio. Lots of options to choose here. I definitely will be back.

I’m recovering from a lower leg injury and had I seen the programming, I would not have signed up. I approached Cheri to explain my situation and ask for mods and she was so helpful. I am incredibly appreciative that she took the time to talk through things with me and used her knowledge to get me movements that I could feel successful with. It is humbling and frustrating to not be able to do movements I’m used to doing and Cheri helped me get past those feelings to get a good workout in.
