I hadn’t done Ashtanga in a few years — but he made it feel like a puzzle, slowly building the building blocks into a deep and settled stillness I hadn’t felt in a while. It was also important and refreshing he took the class in Swedish. I highly recommend.

Would recommend that the studio invests in ensuring that the room can maintain around 35 C in the room :)
