Voir tous les avisIt was my first time and the instructions, class and instructor were good! However, I felt like the class was very full and we were very close to each other. There were also not enough dumbbells. For instance, my only option was or too light or too heavy. Some had like 2 sets of dumbbells and two kettle bells.... I feel like it is better to manage it and kindly ask everybody to just have 1 set and if you want to change, then do it. My overall experience was fine so I would come back and I also like the music 💘

Voir tous les avisI absolutely loved the class and Olga’s way of teaching! She was paying attention to the small details and made sure each participant had the right form for the exercises. I’m definitely going back! The studio itself is very nice, clean, spacious and welcoming.

Voir tous les avisDe ruimte en exercises waren erg fijn en zeker een aanrader. Mijn enige advies is dat fijner zou zijn als bepaalde poses gecorrigeerd kunnen worden tijdens de oefeningen. Doordat er veel mensen in de zaal zijn is het lastig om de instructor te zien. Sam heeft echt een goede vibe en maakt de oefeningen ook leuk om te volgen
