Her cues were incredibly clear and she focused on mind muscle connection so it was extremely educational as well. As a first timer, Tori was super welcoming & attentive and had great energy. Recently I have noticed more and more cellphones in the class with people using then until the very moment the class starts and straight back on before even cleaning machines and therefore distracted and not aware of their fellow class goers . I would welcome a no phones in the classroom policy very much .

It was challenging in the best way — I left feeling like I’d had a proper full-body workout. Iina’s energy is just amazing. She’s so patient, explains every movement clearly, and really makes sure your form is right. I’ll definitely be back!
