Lots of personalized corrections and we even had a few laughs. I was shaking by the end of it haha, but in the best way!

Voir tous les avisDilem is so nice and her voice is super calming but the class personally for me was not dynamic enough and too little repetitions actually was more beginner level friendly if you like this kind of class I totally recommend! If you like more of a challenge, shakes and dynamic I recommend other instructors or Power class.
