Voir tous les avisI have been practicing yoga home alone for a while now and I am still a beginner. It was my first time going to a yoga class. I really enjoyed it. The space and the atmosphere were peaceful and calming and the instructor was very helpful and sweet. The specific practice was indeed intense for me which I liked it, I learned stuff for my self, my body and yoga of course . I do recommend this place.
