The movements pushed me in the best way, but still felt intentional and controlled rather than overwhelming. Aisa was incredibly kind and gave me a tour of the stunning space for my first visit and showed me some lovely products they have for sale. It was challenging in the best way. Even though some of the movements required really complex coordination and were difficult to pull off, Keris explained everything so clearly and took the time to make corrections whenever necessary. The music was incredible, the lighting was incredible, and the whole atmosphere made the experience even better. Overall, a super Pilates class and a genuinely great experience.
