It makes the class feel more comfortable and respectful for everyone. The front desk staff are also very accommodating. The lockers have individual codes, which is definitely a plus. There’s also a small area where you can get drinks, coffee, and matcha. The whole studio has a clean, aesthetic vibe. Overall, a very good experience!

She was very attentive, helped correct postures throughout the session, and shared some of her own experiences, which made the class feel relatable and authentic. I also appreciated her honesty about how challenging yoga can be at times. The studio itself seemed nice, but I was surprised to find that there were no showers and not even a toilet available. As a first-time visitor, I also would have appreciated a brief tour or some basic information about the studio and how things work. Because of that, the overall experience didn’t feel particularly guest-focused and came across as a bit more commercial than community-oriented. That said, the quality of the class and instruction was strong, and Olga was definitely the highlight of the experience.

She comes to every class so well prepared and is constantly changing things up, so no two classes ever feel the same. She’s incredibly attentive to everyone in the room, always making sure we’re doing the movements correctly and adapting exercises to different levels, so beginners, intermediate and advanced can all get the most out of the same class. You can reallyy see how much she loves what she does in the way she teaches. She’s constantly learning, improving and bringing new techniques into her classes, and somehow just keeps getting better. She paid close attention to everyone, corrected our form whenever needed, and explained every movement so clearly.
