However my only feedback would be that there was a lot of people recording themselves and even with tripods of which people were in the background of it. I don’t think this is appropriate for a hot yoga class it’s a massive invasion of privacy. This has put me off wanting to go back to this class

Voir tous les avisClass is excellent - dislike the amount of space between mats because if someone is next to you, you either can’t get into some poses fully or you’re knocking into one another. Idea to ensure people are staggered in a class with a lot of twisting and stretching to help with this, but regardless class itself was the best.

Instructor was super nice , I like how patients she was with us , she was very supportive ,allowing us time to learn the process . About the class room I fell if it was held in a brighter room could have been a fantastic experience over all. Later at the relaxing stage we can get the curtains down.
