The intensity of the class was just right, challenging enough to push my limits but still accessible for different fitness levels. The space was well-organized and comfortably accommodated about 24 participants. I feel sorry for the staff and instructor. I had to walk out after 20mins. Not to standard at all. The place needs a revamp and I’m requesting a full refund on my lost class.
