Voir tous les avisWow. I was not expecting to feel as good as I did. The facility is beautiful and clean, modern and elegant. You get the sauna and cold plunge room all to yourself. A half hour was actually not enough time once you go back and forth from the sauna to cold plunge. The assistant was lovely and gave me instructions on how to maximize my experience. There was a towel heater which was so nice after the cold plunge, and I was able to take a shower right after. My only tiny complaint is that I couldn’t tell the cold from hot temperature on the shower - the cap was off one of the knobs. And it would’ve been nice to have some body lotion since they already provided lovely shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes, Q-Tips, and cotton rounds. Other than that, I loved my experience and can see myself doing this every week because it felt THAT good!

I was given a short questionnaire on medical history and then brought to the back so Monica could start the IV. Monica was gentle and explained the next steps effortlessly, making me feel at ease. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who assisted me, but he was fantastic. I tried the Mito Red Light Therapy Full Body Panels and the Normatec Compression Therapy, and I’m hooked! My legs feel so much lighter, and the red light therapy had a calming effect on my entire body. I highly recommend this place—10/10! I’ll definitely be going back.
