    I wasn’t sure what to expect but enjoyed the class - Meghan didn’t call out specific speeds like in a Barry’s class but let us pick speed based on exertion levels and previewed how long we’d be maintaining that speed (ie 90 seconds to 4 minutes). Did not love the flashing lights during class in the background but that’s just my preference. Playlist was unique and transitioned between hip hop, 90s rock, 2000s hits, a little EDM. While I’m mostly an outdoor runner I can see myself doing a class in the winter to prep for a race since

    From the very moment I walked to the front desk it was an EXPERIENCE! Mo was super welcoming she walked me around and explained everything even introduced me to the instructor Abigail. The place was clean. Abigail had a fun playlist. It was my first time in Barry’s it reminded me of orange theory but better.     Loved this class. As someone who is not an avid runner, I was nervous to go. But the loud music and red light distracted me enough was enough to pump me up.
