    This class with Chelsea was so pumped! The atmosphere was super energetic and encouraged me to push my limits. The treadmill portion reminded me of the fartlek method, then when you hopped off to the weighted portion it was similar to HIIT. It was a great workout and vibe!     Job’s leg day classes are always good. The warm up is helpful and he leads a cool down when there’s time and the class is larger. He’s attentive and encouraging especially at the end when we lose motivation! He checks form but if you want more specific help you have to advocate for yourself. Great class every time!

I let her know about my knee injury beforehand, and she really checked in on me and made sure I was good the whole time. Throughout the class, she continued to offer personalized adjustments.     the class was very intense. if you are new to working out you definitely want to avoid this type of workout until you build up some endurance. my fitness level is medium. it was definitely a challenge but it was doable. from the time class starts you either start on the treadmill or on the floor with weights. you jump straight in if you are on the treadmill with 3 different speeds to choose from 5,6,7. I opted for 4 to 4.5 and I was still getting a good burn and then I cranked up to 5 and 6. after a few minutes the speeds co tinue to increase. by the time the instructor got to 10 amd 11 i was spent and certain my body was like dont even try it lol. the instructor was super friendly and helpful. you have to push yourself to your limit, whatever that is and then build from there. everyone is in a zone. it's cool because it's a constant grind no time for playing, talking or small talk. you do that after class where there is a smoothie bar and everyone is pretty friendly. you can pre-order your smoothie to be ready after class. if you don't do this option you may have to wait 10 or 20 minutes or more. they don't make smoothies while they are doing checkin for the next classes. overall good workout. I felt like I was training for the military or a triathlon. one thing is for sure, if you are consistent you are definitely going to be in the best shape of your life. I love a good challenge so I will be back.

    First time at this studio and I was very impressed by all the amenities they offer here. Locker rooms are clean, showers are well equipped, and the place is stocked with all sorts of things you could ever need. The lady at the front who checked me in was very friendly and welcoming. Quinn, the instructor, was great! The flow of the class worked well and her cues were intentional and clear. I am also a Pilates instructor, so I have more experience in that regard than your typical client. Quinn explained the reformer perfectly and demonstrated each move as we went through the class so there was no confusion while also providing positive feedback and correcting people’s forms in a respectful way. Overall a wonderful studio!
