The music played reminded me of a magical forest vibe. I felt like I was completely renewed after class. Class was so healing for the mind, body, & soul! Love how she provided a safe space for us to take what we need

Voir tous les avisI'm editing my previous review to clarify what I meant when I said the front desk person was "weird." I meant a weird, unkind energy. I get that people have bad days, but the vibe from the gentleman working was just not okay. I said hi when I put my mat down and got zero response, just an eye roll. Then a student accidentally pushed some mats and shut the door, and he proceeded to huff and puff and roll his eyes again. I’ve worked at multiple studios and know that students should always be treated with respect and kindness. Weird is fine I love weird! but weird, unkind energy isn't. I’ll be back for Monica, but the gentleman working was very unkind and should receive feedback. I will also say the space was beautiful.

Even though the class was a mix of newcomers and folks who’ve taken 1-3 classes, Brenna had a way of not making the class feel divided. I appreciated her patience and attentiveness and am 100% coming back!
