Voir tous les avisJodie was a great instructor, upbeat with fun music. Class was really challenging, but not out of reach. Just type of class you’d like to start your day with. The space is beautiful. Perfectly set amongst a vineyard, making it easy to find peace as you practice.

Joyce is the absolute sweetest and creates such a welcoming environment that instantly makes everyone feel comfortable. The people in class are also so kind and supportive which makes it even better. I lift a lot and every single class reminds me how badly my body needs this. I never realize how tight and sore I am until I get there. Since starting, my recovery, flexibility, and overall mobility have improved so much, especially with my shoulder and hip injuries. I always leave feeling like a completely new person. Seriously cannot recommend this class enough. Joyce is amazing and this class has done more for my body than I expected.
