They do demonstrations and explanations before class and they have visual cues as well so it's a great circuit workout for beginners and seasoned gym-goers alike! You can go as hard as you want, and even pick whether you want to do upper or lower body.

The instructor is very welcoming, learns everyone names, and checks in often throughout the class. It’s not a typical HIIT class - you’ll get a good workout without being destroyed. I recommend trying it out if you’re thinking about it!
