    I have never been to a F45 class and did not know what to expect. Lindsey and Jen were really friendly and helpful throughout the class and made me feel less self-conscious. They do demonstrations and explanations before class and they have visual cues as well so it's a great circuit workout for beginners and seasoned gym-goers alike! You can go as hard as you want, and even pick whether you want to do upper or lower body.

    Love the small class size. The pacing allows for teaching and adjustments to form. I’ve learned a lot in just 2 classes! The instructor is very welcoming, learns everyone names, and checks in often throughout the class. It’s not a typical HIIT class - you’ll get a good workout without being destroyed. I recommend trying it out if you’re thinking about it!

    I thoroughly enjoy working out here! It’s fun/interactive, clean and most importantly I feel safe as a woman! The trainer was ready as soon as I entered the door. The workout was great & kicked my butt! I have lower back issues which I mentioned beforehand and my form was addressed with each exercise. I’ll definitely be coming back.
