    Great early morning class! One thing I will say is instructor was pressed on everyone following her pace and keeping up. She asked me to speed up during class but I always listen to my body. I love classes that allow you to take your time and feel the workout. After all, we’re the ones paying right?

    Kettlebell Strength & Power

    Karl is an amazing Coach! I’m not too familiar with kettle bell work outs, but his class helped me to understand the basics and more! We went through all the movements together, it ended up being successful! I highly recommend this class if you want to break a nice sweat! I’ll definitely be back!
