Last nights class was guided by Darcy (sp?). He was a graceful and thoughtful instructor who made sure to not just give clear instructions but time every transition well. She asked me to speed up during class but I always listen to my body. I love classes that allow you to take your time and feel the workout. After all, we’re the ones paying right?
