The studio is super clean and well maintained. And the new management is also incredible! Highly recommend!!

I had thee best time and felt energized from the hardcore (yet doable) work out, sisterly comradery from the classmates, and family-friendly playlist! The location is Hyattsville/Landover Hills (around the way from Walmart) in the plaza with Giant, Rainbow, the Jamaican Spot and hair supply. Don't let Waze/GPS block your blessing: Manually enter the address to be safe. Best kept secret: they have a SAUNA!
