Voir tous les avisReally enjoyed the class, although I wouldn’t call it a strength class. You can opt for heavier weights, but other than that, it’s a pretty traditional bar method barre class. Which I appreciated! One thing to share with those who’ve never taken a bar method class: it’s trés heavy on the pushups! Prepare your pec muscles in advance!

Voir tous les avisLindsay was a great instructor and super accommodating when I told her I was recovering from an injury. Class was still a good push even though I had to make a couple modifications. Only thing I would suggest is avoid having music that has fade-ins/outs -- it's usually not an issue but having tempo definitely helps!

Voir tous les avisMarisa’s Vinyasa class was amazing. She’s the best instructor and has a great practice. Marisa was kind and attentive to everyone in the class. She gives clear instructions for the poses that you can follow whether you are a beginner or advanced. The class was very calming while still being a good workout. 5/5 I’ll definitely take more of Marisa’s classes!
