Voir tous les avisSuper welcoming and friendly staff! Studio is so clean and organized. The instructor was very helpful with form and her sequences were challenging in a good way! Would definitely recommend this studio and class to anyone ready for a challenge and different pace in yoga sculpt classes :)

Voir tous les avisHad a really good workout session and sweated like I ran 10 miles. The instructor, Kathy Li was excellent. She provided very clear instructions while flowing between the various poses. The class was very full, but sufficient space to move through all the poses without any problem. Free mat and towel provided for first timer. 👍
