He made sure all the newbies, including me, felt comfortable, starting with helping us wrap our hands properly. Throughout the class, he provided individual attention, ensuring everyone had the technique down. His clear guidance and encouragement made the session both fun and empowering. Highly recommend to anyone considering giving boxing a try!

Voir tous les avisThe Thursday class is a cardio workout of 3 groups of exercises. Each exercise has 3 movements of a total 24 sets. 20 seconds workout and 10 second rest. Eli the instructor gave very clear instructions and showed demos at the beginning of the class. As it’s my first time trying the class, he paired me with a regular class taker, which also helped a lot. Eli also checked on people to help them with forms. Size of the class is not too big nor too small. That’s a plus because people need to move around stations. I had a great time and felt accomplished after the class. The class is well organized and people are very friendly. I highly recommend it

As a complete beginner, I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction—he was supportive, knowledgeable, and kept me motivated the whole time. His calm and encouraging approach made me feel confident and excited to keep going. Highly recommend if you’re looking to start climbing with a great instructor, especially if you want to build a solid foundation in climbing!

Definitely a bit overwhelmed (and should have had the coffee before a 6 am class) but Lee and others were very welcoming and patient. Everyone in the classes are super nice and helpful so it’s great for beginners and experienced boxers. I’ve tried a few other boxing gyms in the city but this one is by far the best. Highly recommend.

If you are familiar with basic yoga poses and flows like the sun salutation you will have no problem following along. The studio also has a bunch of cool art. And I didn’t have gloves but could borrow some so it’s low gear to try out. A serious fully body workout, will be back!

Shoshana is attentive to detail and gave great pointers on the best ways to keep form. Some of the pacing was fast towards the end, but it was still good enough to understand the moves. Class is really focused on elongation, posture, and a proper foundation of the basic for ballet. This was my first class, and I would definitely recommend it to other beginners

The environment is really enjoyable with the sunset and the outdoor breeze is a welcome change from hot yoga classes (I’m not very good w heat). Was beginner friendly, as I’ve take only 1-2 yoga classes before, but also saw a lot of more advanced students doing more complex yoga moves. Look forward to doing this class again when it reopens in 2025!
